Not a rain cloud in sight ☔️
(Eglwyswrw is a village in Pembrokeshire, Wales, where it rained for eighty-five consecutive days between October 2015 and January 2016. A poem inspired by this news story was included in That Lone Ship)
Had a lovely (albeit fleeting) trip to Laugharne yesterday to read at the Forecourt Fringe Festival. Squeezed in a poem about Under Milk Wood on the steps of Dylan’s BookBus too. Will definitely be back next year!
Some Photos from Milieu
Had a great time reading (and listening to the other poets Rhys Milsom, Paul Chambers and Susie Wild) at Milieu in Cardiff tonight. Cheers to Rhys Milsom for inviting me!
Photos taken by Susie Wild (unfortunately that's why there are none of Susie).
Sunday Afternoon Manuscript Editing
Some Photos from Mission 40
I had a great time reading at Mission Gallery's 40th birthday celebrations last night. Thanks to Keith Bayliss and the gallery for inviting me. Here's to the next 40!

Sunday Evening Poetry Editing
Sunday evening poetry editing. Quote on the chalk globe is an abridged piece of @markblayney advice. Biscuits are chocolate digestives.
West End vs. Llanelli
Enjoyed watching West End vs. Llanelli at Pryderi Park tonight. As a Swansea City fan, I'd forgotten what it's like to watch a live football match and not feel like I'm about to explode.
Sad to see this Uplands graffito fading. Part of me hopes some hipster gentrifiers give it the Park Hill Bridge treatment (is that wrong?)
