Rhys Owain Williams is from Morriston, Swansea. His poetry has appeared in Agenda, Lighthouse and Popshot, and was recently featured in a permanent public art project, curated by Art in Site. He is co-editor of The Crunch multimedia poetry magazine, and was a Writer at Work at the Hay Festival 2017.
Rhys Owain Williams was born and raised in Morriston, Swansea. Having completed an English with Creative Writing degree at Swansea University, he continued to study there for an MA in Creative Writing. His poetry has been published in various magazines and anthologies, including Agenda, Lighthouse and Popshot, and was recently featured in a permanent public art project at Morriston Hospital, curated by Art in Site. Rhys was a runner-up in the WalesPENCymru New Voices Competition 2016, and was chosen as one of the Hay Festival’s Writers at Work in 2017. He is co-editor of The Crunch multimedia poetry magazine.
